In A Name": With revamping the newsletter,
we’ve decided that we need to have a good creative
name for the newsletter. This name will replace the current
subject line of the email portion of the newsletter and
the title of the newsletter webpage. What we are asking
of our customers is to come up with the new name for the
newsletter. This name can be a sort of play on words that
describes our business in some way. For example, a name
for a newsletter that features articles on dogs could be
called “Puppy Tales”. As an added incentive,
we would be offering a coupon for 10% off a future purchase
for the individual who comes up with the best name for the
newsletter.

"Looking
Sharp" : Nothing beats a brand new blade
for cutting lumber as it smoothly tears through the material.
But what happens when the blade gets dull or hits a piece
of metal. Do you toss the blade away? Do you go out and
buy a new blade? If you answer yes to these two questions,
then we may have a new option for you. We can sharpen
your blades for you.
All you need to do is drop of your blades and within one
to two weeks, we would have them ready for you. The costs
for sharpening vary depending upon the amount of work needed
to sharpen the blades. Fixing missing teeth would be more
expensive than just sharpening a dull blade, but if only
a few teeth were missing, the cost could still be less than
buying a new blade*. A customer of ours can testify to this

Nickel Roundup”. This promotion is
designed to have our customers earn savings by helping to
promote our company to new customers. A new customer is
anyone who can benefit from our services which include:
Kiln Dried Lumber, Planing, Sanding, Ripping, Molding, Flooring,
Custom Sawing, Green Cut Lumber, etc.
Here’s how the promotion works:
- When an existing customer purchases material from us,
they will be given the opportunity to sign out up to 5
wooden nickels. These nickels are to be handed out by
the existing customer to a possible new customer.
- The nickels will be dated 60 days from the date signed
out and will include a corresponding customer number in
order for us to track who referred the new customer to
us.
- After the existing customer walks out the door, they
have 60 days to hand out the wooden nickels to any possible
new customers.
- Every new customer who brings back the wooden nickel
will receive a 10% discount on their invoice.
- For the first new customer that is brought to us by
an existing customer, the existing customer will be eligible
for a 10% discount on a future purchase as well.
- For every subsequent new customer brought to us, the
existing customer will be eligible for an additional 5%
discount per each additional new customer.
- Discounts will only apply to items not currently on
sale.
- There is no limit as to how many nickels an existing
customer may sign out, however, they may only sign out
5 nickels for every purchase and may only redeam the discount
from 5 returned wooden nickels at time of purchase.
- At the end of the year, we will tally up the nickels
returned to us and the person who has referred the most
new customers will receive a $100.00 gift certificate.
